Probably the worst phone i have ever had. It crashes a lot, has bad memory, bad battery life, small display, useless keys, the screen malfunctions, has probably the worst recorder ever, bad keyboard... The only good thing about it is it's camera, but it's not veryy good either.

If you are buying a mobile just for social media and chatting and mainly Facebook,whatsapp,Twitter,instagram this kind of stuff and would never consider downloading a game (angry birds etc) then this is the best mobile ever root it move every app to SD and there should be no problems but if you are in two games stay away

i have this mobile for almost 2 years..its a nice mobile camera is good battery is not bad but the only problem in htc chacha that it has very low memory 120 mb free for u which is too small to download many app....and the second problem that i am suffering that its screen is small as it is 2.6 inch..thats all

I have never had a problem with my Cha Cha, was very scepitcal in the beginning but have grown to really like my phone and will upgrade to another HTC again without a doubt.

It crashes, I usually have problems with messaging (creating shortcuts and the ONLY WAY to get over it is to power off it and take the battery). It works fine 2 weeks. Then.. oh well, you will need to change it.

for the one who doesnt want to download applications such as instagram twitter or any game this is the right phone for you . It's cheap compared to the other phones nowdays it has a touch screen and a qwerty keyboard its great . But with such small memory you cannot download losts of applications and specially the ones that exceed 10 mbs . Moreover most of the applications cannot be moved to the memory card (including whatsapp ) and many famous games cannot be downloaded on this cell So if you're a candy crush addict do not buy this phone
