My brother got this free and exclusive with Smart here in the Philippines. he just found out a bug in the keyboard. go see if you Fn + @ works normally. “y” key has the “@” as alternate function, so when you press Fn + Y to key in the “@” sign, the “£” comes up instead

To the people who say that the nokia E6 is better. I'm really sorry...but i have to deny that. I am a die-hard nokia fan, but i have to say that this phone is better in most of the aspects. let's see:
1.The main thing, this is an android, that's a symbian, though the e6 offers more business functionality, symbian doesn't stand up against android, and with the sense skin on top of it, it blows symbian stragiht out of the water.
2The qwerty keyboard is significantly better. The F-button is a boon for social networking addicts, and let's face it, this phone was made for them.
3.though the screen of the nokia E6 is better, it's smaller, and trust me, even half an inch's difference takes a huge toll on usability.
4.The camera on the nokia E6 may be 8mpx, but if you read the review, people will be better off sticking with the 5mpx mode, and the lack of autofocus is a real killer, because anything closer than 50 centimetres is blurry.
5.People say the design is horrible. In my opinion, the design is quite nice, it sticks out and looks wacky, unlike the boring candybars and business messengers out there.
In the end, the main difference is the people its aimed at. If i was a 40 year old man with business and work on my mind, i wouldn't be caught dead with this, similarly, if i was A 16 year old facebook addict, which i am, i'd die to get this, which co-incidentally i am. So it all boils down to what you'd use it for and i believe that the chacha trumps the nokia E6 in every issue except of-course in a meeting.

1st. you can't compare the chacha to the E6
the E6 is 2900LE in egypt but the chacha is 1800LE
so u can't compare 2 different types of phones
n also the E6 has an 8MPX camera but the chacha has a 5MPX camera , the last thing is the E6 shots HD videos
but the chacha only record's 640X480 videos
so it's un fare fo us to compare the chacha to the E6 cuz simply it's like comparing the iphone to the galaxy S II , u can't do that !!!!
2nd this phone's price is so good for it's options
u get a good battery, camera, video, qwerty keyboard n the most important thing is that u can play HD games on it which is great !!
i'll buy this phone ISA or i'll buy the pearl 9100
after ramadan or when i finish 1st term of school

For the record, I don't even have a Facebook account and admit that the Facebook button is really just a gimmick. What's important about this device is not stated on the review here. It is that the full keyboard is probably the best of any other phone, it truly is a pleasure to use for a person like me who needs to be able to write lots of messages using proper grammar and punctuation.

Android 2.3 runs very quickly, I see no discernible difference between applications like Whatsapp and Skype compared to my old Desire which had a beefier processor and more memory. The only disappointment for me is that the camera is average, although what should I really expect for a £200 phone?

Like I said, if you hate typing on touchscreens and use the web a lot, then I am not aware of a better device out there.
