Correction: it's not mini SIM, but normal sim. Internal memory could been bigger, not as provided 128mb, which in time will run out of space to install n update apps. Imagine fb n whatsapp alone could used up to 50mb. Camera is decent for shooting still objects. Typing is pleasant, compare to touch screens.

You will have to move apps to your memory card or delete some. Storage is limited on this phone, compared to the time we are living in.

Re peoples battery concerns I found when on a network with poor signal strength battery did not last long even when phone unused, once I changed to a provider with decent network strength battery would last many days (depending on use).

The battery issue can be fix by enabling USB debugging option. Excellent for texting, email

press the green button.... on the right side there wud be two options...calls nd people...click people nd there u have it...jz press the alphabets of the names ....the name wud appear instantly......

As an ex blackberry user that's new to androi, here's my opinion
Pros: physical keyboard better than blackberry as i have big fingers, gorilla glass, Android, pretty fast for a phone this small but nothing close to the galaxy S3, easy htc sense ui, easy to root which i didnt do yet because my pc is dead, up to 32 gb sd card
Cons: low internal memory, small screen, games lag, even fruit ninja

zigi, 21 Mar 2013my HTC chacha becomes very hot when processing and the batt... morehi there,
because of it's aluminum ...whatsoever and that's the cause of heating.
me myself is using 2x battery saver and juice defender to stay batery life longer. those two apps is very useful.
hopes this helps.
also, i want to share mine, the usb port of my chacha is damaged. but i have no choice, i did was the micro usb to put in port and bend it until the light appears and bend it against the phone.

i m using it from last 6 months and i must say ok.
this phone is not that bad as said by people here and not that good. In terms of graphics, music system and camera it is awesome. but when it comes to preloaded apps like ms office, file manager, dictonary and many other which are available for download but not preloaded is bad and frustating. already it has so low amount of internal memory and still it has not these following things. this is totally bad. moreover i am having more than 3000 contacts and i am able to fill only half of it due to such a low internal memory all store apps have to go in internal memory of phone. bluetooth also has timer for scan. this is totally stupid. ok the phone is not at all bad but its useless for me. this phone is made for net purpose only. useless for engineers.

Pros: value for money, Marvelous camera, HTC sense, superb design, Perfect sound quality (headset), Gorilla glass, perfect UI than samsung(worst), F-touch sharing
Cons: Gingerbread (no htc local language fonts), you have to download video app (skype etc) as there is no default app & it does not support video calling through carrier (service provider), average battery., low internal memory (almost 115MB available)
using it from 6 months, every one looks it twice.

i av examine d phone 4 gud 2weeks, i think its gonna be a nice phone with all its features, bt d price is very high in my country Nigeria cos d phone goes for #23,000 and if i shld convert it to dollars its more cheaper, i wil need ur advice on how to pay online and how it wil get to me.
