Anonymous, 19 Mar 2013i suffer bettery charge problem It's impossible!! the battery of HTC is superb. I have HTC window phone from last 7years and battery is awesome yet.so people who were travel more then HTC is better option for them

my HTC chacha becomes very hot when processing and the battery isn't strong
but I think is a good phone for 13 to 17yrs children

i thnk the chacha is kuul but i hav a little problem.almost every two mins the com.htc.bg stops unexpectedly there the fon has to force close.can i knw wat causes this problem nd hw to solve it.thanks

totally true i don't recommend it...battery life is horrible ..and seriously its internal memory is very low and i just installed one app on it, also i have to restart it 3 times a day as it keeps telling failed out of memory!!

this phone is pretty useless...battery life terrible. always carying a charger around....not recommendable

santosh, 12 Mar 2013does any body know how to over come the low storage space o... morego to 'settings' then 'sd card/phone storage' scroll down to 'make more space'. straight forward really. also there are file managers to download and netqin antivirus has an app manager & ram optimizer included also. plenty of ways it can be done. there's only about 150mb of internal memory which isn't much at all.

Anonymous, 13 Mar 2013anyone have a solution for the battery it doesn't work for ... morego to settings select 'power' and you'll find 'power saver mode' also under settings select 'about phone' go to 'battery' in here you can look at what's using the battery & then you can switch off gps, wifi, etc whatever is using your battery that doesn't need to be left on. Also you could buy a portable charger. no need for battery apps. the only HTC app I use is the flashlight.

why is it that this phone heats up n calls on viber are not alway good not to tallk about normal calls. just bought this cell less than a week. am in ghana
