it is a good phone for those who does not install alot of applications coz it has less than 150 mb available for user...which means once u hav logged in social networking sites then u hardly got 70mb space for games and other apps which is too less....the only solution u got then is rooting...which hav its drawbacks aswell...

i wana buy this fone but i talk alot on skype with brother abroad. does this fone support voice chat on skype??i currently own a sony ericsson live with walkman and it gives me crystal clear sound in skype.

Hello everyone ,,,, i bought my chacha 3 weeks ago ,,, i have a major proplem ,,, its a about a massege that keeps popping every 2 minutes saying ( the process com.htc.bg has stop unexpectedly ) and i have only one option to do , its ( force close ) can anyone tell me how to stop it ,,,, or can anyone tell me how to restore the factory settings??
I'll really really appreciate help coz its bothering me alot

The only HTC mobile i owned is HTC P3452 (Elfin). Had a bitter experience both with the phone and service center. Within 3 months of purchase touch stopped responding and service center refused to replace the touch component free of cost given the fact that phone was still within warranty. Reason they have touch component is not covered under warranty. I was like WTF? I am a happy iPhone consumer now since 2 years. Trashed HTC phone.
HTC manufacturers poor quality mobile phones and their service is a big JOKE. I will never ever buy any HTC product nor will recommend anyone to buy HTC. Expensive mobile, poor quality phones and pathetic after sales service!!!

I have been using this phone for two months now but I have problem with the duration of its battery and the external memory. it has been stated that it takes up to 32GB but unfortunately for me it can't even take 8GB. please help me out. I need original battery at any cost.

I have been using this phone for quite a while, and like this overall.
It has a strong built, looks are good, and have pretty decent internals, however, the major drawback it has is the poor internal memory, it says 150 MB user available but this is not exactly the case, since most of the factory applications such as G.Maps, Facebook, You Tube, Gmail, Play Store, Contacts Storage, and Voice Search takes it all, to top it all the applications such as HTC Sense, Dialer Storage, Calander Storage, Open Sense Plugins, Facebook for HTC Sense, People, Settings Storage etc keeps on building their data as one uses them, and unless you are aware how to manage this data you would always be out of storage.
Even if this phone gives an option of moving almost all the downloaded apps to the external storage, this still leaves some portion in the internal memory.
Most people here have commented on poor battery, however, if you place a network on/off widget on one of your home screens and use the data network only when its needed, you would see a drastic improvement in battery life, since most of the battery is consumed to keep the phone and its apps in sync over the web.
However, despite these drawbacks, I like this piece as this is very convenient to operate and is pretty fast.
