Quite good. The major problem is its internal memory. It wears out very quickly and it prevents application installation completely. But you can always root this cell and make a partition so that it can recognize it as phone memory.

if you buy this phone you are doomed. go to computer village and check some engineers table and see if you wont find 3 to 4 htc cha cha phones for repairs. i bought it and used it just for two and half month and it went off by itself so it is an advise RUN FOR YOUR LIFE

I have an Htc Cha Cha,and I like it very much. Its an excellent Android qwerty candybar phone. You wont find a lot of Android qwerty candybar phone. They stop producing them.Only producing touchscreen phones. But if you want to text a lot, chat a lot, than a candybar physical qwerty phone is the best. You dont have too much option:a few Motorola, and a few Samsung, basically.Im not talking about the Blackberrys,or the Nokias. But Motorola is not compatible everywhere in Europe, and lacks the support. The new Samsung Galaxy Chat seems to be a great qwerty phone, also. It has 2 GB internal memory, and a good battery.About the Cha Cha:IT HAS 150 MB internal memory, not 512 MB.The battery is not strong, also.
Otherwise,its an excellent phone.

i like the phone when it comes to external design. however, battery life is too short. there is never enough storage to download or even update apps. applications often crash.phone gets heated too quickly. and finally, push email never works as good as it does on nokia phones...

I've been using this phone since 2011. It is awesome as far as its performance and properties are concerned . The only problem is that the battery is not capable enough to support it for more than 1 day(18 hrs for on normal usage) max. :-/

This unit is great in terms of design and material only. But as for performance, don't buy it for the below reasons:
- Battery run out of life so quickly especially if u use 3G
- Getting heated when use it for 15-30 minutes and more especially while chatting
- low internal memory usage for Apps which really disappointed me. Giving LOW MEMORY message even don't have much apps installed only What's up and Facebook
- sometimes screen has bad response
- screen size small a bit and not convenient
Finally, save ur money and buy something else

When I decided to move to Android phone, the challenge was which one to start with. A friend of mine advised HTC ChaCha, I bought it and from day one I start loving it, seemless operation, HTC chacha made my transition from Nokia to Andriod extremely pleasent. I am simply loving it and hope HTC keep continueing such kind of phones.

i been using it for 9 months and found that its the best phone coz
1 u got touch and type.
2 apps work gr8 on this
3 maps too good
4 emails wise excellent
5 looks are also impressive basically more of a professional type, and non too
6 good for texting very fast no one can beat me in this i bet
the only flaw is that it doesn't have a big screen so all those looking for the big screens please don't go for this other wise no second thot.

I've had it for 8 or 9 months now and I LOVE it.I can not name ONE thing that I don't like about this phone.the battery, the touch screen, the camera etc are all just awesome. I've dropped it so many times and nothing happened to it and I don't even have a cover for it.nothing happens to the touch either and its so strong. If you wanna buy a touch and type phone HTC ChaCha is the phone for you.
