I have used this phone for 2months now and its going well... Initially I was missing file system explorer in this but with Android market I got that also. Its screen hanged just once till date but I dont have any issues as it has not shown any major problem till date. Its cost is high but has features to support that cost. I will request HTC to provide new HTC sense for the HTC Desire also so that such expensive phone has some mechanism to track.

Just google the word, and you will get to the site where you can download the latest application. If you are using windows you need to install hBoot drivers google it and you can find, also you can find it in unrevoked FAQ page. Another thing is don't go for degrading hBoot if your Desire is with SLCD screen, then you may endup bricking your phone. the safest and easiest is unrevoked. I hope it helped you.

well there are lots of applications on android market which can be used for changing/choosing from your personal folders on sd card
for example if you use handcent messages it will also make you available with the feature to choose from your personal folders
ringdroid is another software
go give it a try
