Thank you about your help.
But i found that there are 2 options in application seting, one of them is "move to sd" which is unable to select.
I wanna move some of the apps to sd but i cant.
I download some apps from www.brothersoft.com ,when i wanna instal them,there is no choose for installing on SD.it just is installed on phone.
Could you help me more?

it looks gr8 and it seems effective. however word programmes would be a plus as well as an organizer.

Anonymous, 08 Sep 2010both are good but i think xperia x10 is better than htc des... moreWhy is X10 better, it has only 1.6 and only gets 2.1, NOT 2.2, at the end of the year, and does not support multitouch in hardware, and only have 384 mb RAM and has no built in FM-radio or anything but a few megapixels more, 8 vs 5, on its camera?

I want to own HTC-Desire & having some quari... more(1) There are a few possibilities, from which the most simple ones are: a) install HTC Sync on PC (the setup file comes with the phone), connect the phone to PC and Sync it. b) Sync your phone with Gmail.
(2) You have a choice to install your preferred File Manager. Just go to Market, search for them (I like Astro File Manager), download and install.
(3) You can download HTC Sync application also from HTC website.

the problem i hve is dat i hve gprs and hve configured the apn so that my. browser is working properly but i cnt set up my gmail account .
i use vodafone and live in mumbai

Hi All,
I want to own HTC-Desire & having some quaries.
(1) Can anybody tell, how can we take back-up of our phone book ??
(2) In Symbian OS, there is "File Manager" to see where things are & in which folder. So when we connect to PC Suite, we can manage the data. Like this, where is "File Manager" type application in Desire or Android - 2.1 ??
(3) HTC "PC suite" is coming in Memory Card ships with Desire. But if Card is some how not readable then ?? Where we can find "PC suite" for Desire ??
Please reply imm.

However, not as if the few grams extra will make your hand tired. In pocket, nope. I can't tell any difference. I only had a dummy SGS in my pocket once, so my impression of its ergonomic issue isn't really clear. I only remember that it can't go entirely into my jeans. A small part of it is still out of my pocket. Whereas for Desire, it hasn't give me any irritation thus far.

I do have another question, do you actually feel the weight difference between the 2 phones when you keep each of them in the pocket? Does the HTC feel 'much' heavier than the Galaxy S (again, in the pocket)?

this phone is amazing in all respect but the main problem is lying with the battery life.its really not up to the mark. I have been using this phone immediately it came to the market but still i failed to transfer any phone number to anybody through using business card though the provision is there. Can anybody come forward to tell me the process as such i shall be grateful.
