desire has come singapore desire price $799 spore set never inc GST in sim lim sq,and the se x10 750++ with no worr t...at mustafa shop. stil waiting for m1,starhub....so long..............

Its an awesome phone .
no complain . after all there is no perfect phone. but this one is near perfect .
this is like more than u can imagine . very very smooth . the battery lasts for almost one n half day if u know those tricks .
nd sense UI rocks . browsing , listening to music .. etc r excellent .
no complain at all. its da best phone right now .
iphone needs to reBORN again to be a HTC desire .

I have recently got the desire. I think it is a good phone but find the browser very slow. A friend has the desire on O2 and it is 3 times as fast. Has any one else had the same problem?

Who can beat 576MB RAM of Desire? Powerful graphic with ultra high resolution AMOLED WVGA 24bit (Nokia cant same it with N8), and a SNAPDRAGON 1GHz, who can? And other, multitouch capacitive 3.7in. But HTC for Desire a 5megapixel camera only (HTC alway late in camera, in this time, 720p recorder availble in Samsung, SE, Nokia..). And and like WM and TouchFLO 3D than ANDROID!

The battery life is kind of fair but not great. It does get warm after 15 minutes of using but many phones have this problem. When i owned the Nexus it had same problem.
I do owen Legend too it has same preformance.

Owen Desire and Legend both. Great Phones.
Today on Widget Friend Share I lost Twitter. No more working only Sync. the Face Book. I think some problem with software. I noticed the Legend does not have Live wallpaper.

Been using the phone for 3 weeks now and it has two major problems..
1: Battery life awful. Bought extended capacity battery but only a slight improvement. Even with everything turned off and minimum use it barely lasts a day. 1 hr of browsing wipes the battery out completely
2: Phone gets very hot - lot's of people having the same problem

1. what about support for bluetooth handsets ?
2. can we have videos as ringtones ?
3. is 720p recording available?
4. If 720p recording is not available, can that be added as a part of android update.?
5. any protective sheilds / layers / cases available ?
6. Any free apps available or all apps to be bought ?
apps like fullscreen caller, blacklist, best profiles, etc, etc.....
7. when will it be available in india ?
8. Full screen picture calling ? or any apps
