I am using htc derise 500,i bought it in jan 2014 ..........this phone offers a lot of issues both software and hardward, .........its a costly non functioning phone, ..........i suggest new buyers never to buy htc phones

I found the build quality good. It is a reliable, responsive & all round great phone for a 3g smart phone of it's era

The product quality of HTC 820G+ is poor. The mobile phone resets every 4 to 6 weeks.
The Service from HTC is awfully poor. It is better not to buy HTC products.

The worst experience of life.bought htc desire 626G plus 4 months back.withon 3 months of purchase developed charging issues.swutches off on its own and then doesnot restart for next 10-12 hrs.wrote to chairman,ceo,coo.noresult.really shameless company.lodging complaint in consumer court.ll not let them make customers look like hapless fools.

Never ever buy htc smart phones. I was using Samsung S4 then some of my frnz asked me to use htc Ii bought new desire phone 820G plus one of the worst phone I have ever used in my life. Even I can say Nokia's old phones were much much better then htc. Samsung is also the best smart phone. htc company is horrible and its smart phones sucks. Guys dont ever use htc if u want to use android then go for samsung or even i can say u can buy any cheap andrpid phone you will never regret. BUT HTC IS ONE OF THE WORST COMPANY.

Hi friends
I have a HTC desire 816 g.
Cost is Rs. 18000.
Specifications are not worth and mobile get very slow and hanging problem also
But stylish look and super design
Some problems here
So think and buy an other models

The Staff and the Technician not trained. in spite of me giving my phone for 5 time they where not able to find out the actual problem. HTC 820 S
The phone are kept inside for three days and returned to the customer saying that the work is done.
But the truth is They don't even touch the phone.
Will never buy any HTC product and will recommend the same to all my friend.

I have an htc desire its quite a let down. The speaker has packed up for the second time. Sending it for repairs means 10 days and loss of all data. I regret buying this phone and would recommend it to anyone else.

I had this phone once. But someone stole it :(
I didn't like this phone much because it has poor camera. But still the phone helps me a lot. i miss my HTC. We've been through a lot.

I honestly have no love for HTC phones anymore bought my brand New HTC phone and two days later it heats up so bad it has to be on power save and despite that the battery drains so quick never again am I buting any HTC phones techno samsung Nokia and iPhones are just the best...and if you want to improve your ccustomer services make sure you have HTC stores around Kenya so disappointed

My advice to you send it back there absolutely crap have had dealings with HTC UK never again, had a stolen phone replaced with a inferior model
