Never gonna buy HTC again..poor service and no updates at all! Sad that the company makes good phones but are not all worried abt the maintenance! Since I purchased the phone in Dec 2013 no update at all! Really pissed off!

Just get a sd card and move every app that you can to it. Recommended downloading Clean Master that will tell you to move if you can and delete shit on your phone to make it smooth and clean :)

Great phone! was cheap and its very stylish. Had no problem so far. Got an update today for network and some other bug fixes. SO stop complain. I dont think this phone ever going to get kitkat! and why do you need it?? Works great as it is! Got this phone for under 100 dollars so im happy with it :)

How can I share memory card's memory with phone memory. I do not keep too much data in phone memory..but it shows memory is almost full...I have installed only 7 to 8 apps like google maps,viber, wee chat, and others...but it shows already memory full.so I am unable to update my apps.need Solutions.Thanks in advance :)

It's a good phone, I've got plenty of apps and music and my phone has not hang yet. I'm a teenager so we will be using for apps. It's almost a year old already and I've got no problem with my at all. Just dropped my phone once and the vibrator is gone :( but it's a good phone :) Better than Samsung, Samsung will hang after a year or so. So I recommend any HTC phone including the 500 and also Motorola.

it is not a very good phone, it has bugs since the last sofware update :( i hate htc desire 500, you better go for motorola moto g or something like that
