Good in look,
Amaizing camera quality,
But coming deep it's worst phone hanging everytime,battery charge completely drain with n 8hrs,updated ma software from HTC service center then also dis problems persist.
I take dis phone before 6 months dnt know what to do !!!!!!!!!!

First delete all accounts including google, restart the phone and add Facebook account only.
In Facebook go to application settings sync contact click on sync all.
Then go to contacts > settings> untick download contact big photo over vifi.
Now you can add you Google account and enjoy.

Phone has some issues, like getting switched off and restarting, for that u have to uncheck the fast reboot options , and the phone might rarely get any update because internal memory is very less ..

But for those who are thinking to buy this phone, great recommendations, this is a small problem compared to how good and how the stable the phone is :)

Happens to me sometimes to load all the images, and after a few hours stay only a few contacts with images ... I do not know what could be the problem :(

Danajj, 06 Sep 2014Shoukd I buy this phone?It depends on your requirements and budget. S4 mini is a good option in same budget. At some places s4 mini is cheaper than desire 500.

I am facing the same problem. I think problem is with Facebook. I will uninstall updates and let you know if it works.
Second point is unlink the WhatsApp links from linked contacts.

I have the phone for more than half a year, I am overwhelmed, so far the most stable htc I had. The only problem I've noticed a few days ago is sync with FB, and if it is connected to all my contacts stored in the phone does not show me the picture for more than half of the book, so if anyone has a suggestion on how to handle this? TY

Does anyone have problem with notifications delay on wifi? On 3g everything works fine.
This is my second HTC, not anymore, im dissapointed. Only Samsung and iPhone, from my experience and many others this are the most trustful brends.
