A Mulla, 12 Mar 2015I am using desire 616 from past 6 months, in intial 2 month... moreI purchased htc616 dual sim last September. after 3 month there is problem like dead pixel. I give to service center they repairs it within 5 day again 26feb2015 I give to service centeras same problem.still my device not ready.I asked for replaced also but service centre people tell HTC don't have policy to replace. If device have dead pixel they can replace. service centre not give good replay also they are told my device part is coming from Taiwan China. already 18 day over.give solution please

From the day I purchased my HTC desire 616, I am the daily visitor of service center . There are many major issues that is not generally found in even china set that is G sensor and earphone jack not working at all.Company says there is octacore processor in this but I think there is not even one core in this mobile as it hangs too much. camera clarity is poor.Speaker Sound is very low . selfie camera is only given for formality that is clarity is zero. Many third party apps crashes.So my mobile is always at service centre as every time It takes 15 days to repair ,and next day of repiaring next major fault is found . Any how with very much difficulty(by daily phone calls and emails to customer support for long time) I was successfull to replace my phone. And now my new mobile also giving same problems and I feel guilty to buy HTC mobile. Even Accessories that is charger and earphones are also replaced becoz they are in non working conditions. So at the end I want to say that the quality of HTC mobiles and accessories is very poor .........................................so now this is upto you what you buy ,but according to me PL. DON'T BUY HTC MOBILE

not only htc 616, i suggest u people not to go for any htc mobile..because buying htc mobile waste of money..within 2 months..jack is not working,MX Pplayer and camera went off,mobile is getting heat while talking,earphones and charger given by them also not working,then finally touchpad is also not working..after facing theses much of issues i have visited htc service center they took hrdly 15days to sort out problems..finally they repaired it and returned but within one day the same issue touchpad is not working..after that i have choosen online chat with htc helpline,customer representative whose name is saakshi chatted with me was unable to answer my questions finally simply she closed my chat..this is the stupid response gave by them...so better avoid buying htc mobiles..its my kind advice friends..

Worst fone..
bluetooth works on its mood..
after using for 3 months jack stop working, service centre took a month for repairing nd finally after so many complaints from my side they gave me replacement..nd now with in 2 month agin the jack stoped working..
hTC is waste of buying.

Purchase this phone bcz I think that this phone good phone but I am wrong this phone not satisfy my want and need and camera is very bad I feel use the not htc phone. So not purchase ........ Then ur choose..... Pls care

I am using desire 616 from past 6 months, in intial 2 months my earphones stopped working without any physical damage. which placed for servicing in HTC and awaiting for delivery from past 2 months.
Now Mobile's Volume Up button stopped working and viberation is not working too. Due to the worst service support I am still in search of good service center to Place mobile for servicing.
I choosen HTC because I used HTC from past 4 years specially HTC wildfire S. and have been service centers in bangalore with on spot support and with good feed back facility 3year back. But now in Hyderabad I found major issues with mobile and unsatisfactory service mode with HTC.

Looks good but Quality of product not good.... Head Phone Jack not good, Dual Sim not working properly, Network coverage not good... Waste I like HTC but I hate HTC desire 616.

Fast and smart is just SOME of the ways to describe it. I own it and I am really impressed with its amazing price the phone is snappy and it is a real joy to use I would really recommend this phone.

The biggest mistake of the year.. i bought htc desire 616. have been to service centre many a times..pathetic services and pathetic phone. do not ever buy it.
