the sound is pathetic...i had to download a sound booster app on googleplay to increase the volume,,,u can barely here the phone when it rings....and you can't use any other android headset,,,they sound horrible when you use them,,you might have to order it's original earphones once they die..which is nearly impossible

The phone is a very good phone. Ma only problem is that with a phone that was made in 2014, the specs are too low. It doesn't have enough internal storage capacity & the secondary camera is just 2MP. To be honest I excepted it to be at least 5MP and 8GB internal memory given the time that it was released. Those are the secondary issues I have with the phone. The main issue I have is that the OS version is too obsolete and I don't receive any notification for system updates ever since I started using this phone. I think you guys should force & make an update available for us

This is the worst phone i have ever seen. For every three months it gives some problem... Mother Board Problem, Software Problem.

i have been using this phone for some years now and there is no problem as such with the battery. the phone is a good one and at least the phone i got from the company was a good one. i think it depends on the provider of the phone see if they are honest or not before buying a phone

The headset/Jack is very pathetic . Only used this phone for 3 months & the same has become faulty. Same problem faced by my friend

I am using this since on year. The phone is good. But recetly i have an isssue with my phone. I took the phone to HTC srevice ceter in bangalore. They says the the motherboard is having the complaint and it will cost 5500. I ask with a local sevice center they says there is no issue with motherboard,its jst a minutr hardware issue and the part is not avialble. My advise is to dont go with the Htc service ceter.They are really frauds.

I suffered a similar problem
HTC is a good brand but they don't care about their midrange phones.
I'm using an Xperia SP..
I must say it's better at multitasking than the 616 and is only clocked at 1.7ghz in a dual core package.
Spot on HTC....

running in worst condition better to be aware of htc products and plz do not think of service center which are soiling the name of brand with worst service

Dont buy it..I had purcahsed it in Jan15 and mother board get non functioning in Nov15.Now scrapped....worst hardware..even returned by the HTC service centre at Bangalore

I bought the phone 12 months ago...
Only one year warranty was issued.
The phone hangs on the HTC logo.Worst phone used in my life.
DON'T BUY HTC'S MIDRANGE HANDSETS...

Performance not up-to the mark, mother board get exhausted within one year. Not advisable to any one if one want to purchase it.

..hanging and automatically switched off....phone with in 6 months it got a complaint with audio Jack..Simply worst phone I have ever seen ....plzzzz don't buy it....
