616 internal 4 GB external support 32 GB
700 internal 8 GB External support 64 GB
I was still confused but I will go for 616 because 616's display resolution is 720*1280 compare to 700's 540*960.

Specification wise it sounds like a cheap chinese phones..A big no for MTK cheapset...and GPU is of MALI sucks again...better go fot Moto G...or Canvas Knight..works better..
