First of all I must say that this phone is brilliant. I used this phone 21 day with playing games and writing in social sets. No problem at all.although my phone manufacturing in India it's best for its price. Then I must mention that it's ram was 2 and support LTE. The bad side was battery not removable and pixel of screen. Screen has not special protection layer

1. Stare at the mobile until you get slapped with your common sense that you should have checked for that feature before buying.
2. Cover the mobile in black cloth. Mourn 2 mins for your sanity
3. With the newly gained epiphany, search for a mobile which supports OTG
4. Buy that mobile
5. Smile.

What kind of applications you run that heats up the battery? So far this mobile haven't given me any issues and Iam bit concerned from the negative comments i see in this site

I have buy two week before ultra edition Really I have done big mistake to buy this product.... it's worst mobile plz don't buy this kind of f.......ng device totally irritating setting and features
This device make me too much angry and irritate .. no power backup no camera quality,no contact edit feature, have a lot of demerit of this phone..
Plz it's my humble request don't buy this product.

I bought desire 728 just two months back. Now phone is dead. Service centre replying that it will take 15 days to repair due to board issue. I dont know how a two months mobile will get board. camera quality very poor, charge with stand time only 6hrs. You can boil egg with this mobile heat.
Totally fedup with HTC. Plz dont buy HTC.

Hello guys. I have been using this phone since march 2016, its almost a year now . But i think buying this phone was a big big mistake , i mean its completely disaponitment, i bought thinking that its a htc product. But believe me ita a compete shit. I paid 16000 & what i bought is nightmare . So let me start 1:- the battery is 2800 mah but it cant take more tahn 6 hours of use ,i am using power saver mode since i bought the phone even them i have to charge it 2 times a day 2 :- the charging timw is more than 4. Hours & its very slow but even then it doesnt charge full 3:- camera is 13 mp. Complete shit you cant find a person in low light image ,worst than 5 mp 4:- front camera is 5 mp but seems like vga , and its not wide angle , selfie looks like a ghost in it 5 :- headfones are of poor quality , i have to replace 2 times aand now arent working again , i fear they gave me repaired headfones 6 :- 4g jio sim keeps on disconnecting dun no why . Even htc service center is unable to correct this problem , its so frustrating that i stopped using 4 g jio sim 7 :-the phn is not at all handy , u cant use it in one hand i mean ther are lot of other phns smaller than it but also 5.5 inch screen 8 :- last but not least. Rear front speaker stooped working even taking phones 2 times to htc but are unable to repair So i request everyone pls go for samsung they are best interms of reliability & quality Thanks htv for making me fool & wasting my money I will take revenge by. buying a samsung phn. If anyone wants ti purchase my phn i will give it for freeand throw my horrors on u 😂😂😂
