I'm using my HTC Desire 816 since from 2 yrs. Now mobile charging . Charger sparking on extension cord . After my mobile switch off. Then Charging on plug point charging light ok . I'm facing problem, . Hw can I solve this ??? Help me Pls sitakanta_75@rediffmail.com.

I'm using my HTC Desire 816 since from 2yrs. Now after updating my mobile to lollipop from kitkat I'm facing problem, that my mobile didnt receiving the network signals and also wifi signals too. Hw can I solve this ???

My HTC Desire 816 after the update of marshmallow its working very smooth..love it. and my storage memory became 37.20GB. super WOW..

In phoen specifications clear specified that is is a 4g phone but this is not an 4g phone I am to much dissapointed by this fake news 😖

its working good, but with lags, battery life shorten to 4/5hrs with some play and surfing.

my sim is not prperly dected by phone ,,i hav e this problem since one month i jst want to know ..is it a software prblm or hardware ..yeah i did not update lollypop also

hey ,since 18 months am using this phone,still works great,during these periods i have got two updates from kitkat to lollipop and to marshmallow,works great in android m, and there is no issue with battery but facing some internal or ram memory problem,however you can save memory by moving apps from internal memory to micro SD card,highly recommended to others...i Love HTC
