i bought htc desire 816 before one year,,before two months i kept password for my phone and i forget my password,,,then i take my phone to cell care and they change my software to mediatechk,,now its very hanging and also all the apps are automaticallley downloading now,..even if i reebot my phone the apps are still not going...plese any one suggest me hw to protect my phone

And few days later my phone refused to boo... morei think u had rooted ur phone previously and now ur facing a prob. called bootloop .btw now my desire 816 with sense 7.0 looks real good and now they solved the prob. of low internal storage by making our sd card a permanent internal storage sad that the only drawback is we cant use that sd card in another phn.

hey.. in my desire 816 otg is not working,when i connect the pendrive then it is not mounted so many times i hv tried with other otg cable and pendrive but it is not working pls anyone help me. thanx

Upgraded to 6.0. And few days later my phone refused to boot. I've tried recovery but it didn't work.
If I press the power button, it will display: HTC POWERED BY ANDROID. And off again. Pls any help?

Can anyone pls tell me how to come back to kitkat from marshmallow. Im facing internal memory shortage problem. When i bring back the apps to factory version by uninstalling them, even after selecting option not to update, the apps are being updated consuming lots of memory. Im verymuch frustrated with this ijternal memory. Pls anyone suggest me how to come back to kitkat. Thanks in advance
