dude for one thing iphone 4s has become obsolete and outdated , slow due to new version of os , so it is waste of money no matter which latest product u are in confusion with 4s , idk about 816 , but it looks like a good choice except for screen resolution vs dimension (simply PPi),so do some more research . But 4s is a definite no even if i'm a stanger to u. if you really want iphone then try 5 or 5s (well 5c is just colourful 5 with more price). I hope i helped you
