2.The screen is not fragile but it is not scratch resistance like gorilla glasses.However LCD2 screen is good enough.Use a good quality screen guard. People having samsung phones also use screen guard on their screens.lol

pia, 10 Jun 2014application downlod only in internal memory ?or it can be d... moreonce you root it you can use Titanium Backup application to force move the application from the internal memory to external memory, any how you can use the internal memory only for the application and you can't use it to store files such music or photos

Those who already have 816. Please help me, if I buy it this will be my 1st HTC. I have 2 main queries.
1) Can I make 3G vid calls from this phone using 3rd party application, as HTC phones do not support 3G vid calling.
2) I heart its screen glass is quite fragile compared to Samsung. Is it true?

This phone supports 1800 MHz band (for 2G).
I came across an article where it' mentioned that in India soon mobile operators would use this spectrum for 4G (FDD-LTE).
Does this means desire 816 can be 4G enabled when FDD is introduced in India(Hopefully) ?

Very good phone .it has all the features wi fi direct.nfc or HTC mini+.display very well pastly I used s3 but it's more more better than that.

Hi friends, this phone dam good when it comes to looks and performnc , it gives u a premium kind of feel when you even touch this phone, when you show this to someone they say, wow which phone is this and they would decide to by it, this phone itslef is its own salesman, however there is a demon which comes hiden in it, and it will straightaway kill those pennys in you pocket, yes it does these andy people they have intraduced a joke with limitations for you to laugh, and that is kitkat. It uses data sync in the background and without that you can not use play store u can not swicth off data sync and use playstore, htc people told me it is limitation with kitkat and can not be fixed, ths issie is that it consumes data for sync more than what u use. So u looss data and cayh blance in you phone just for sync. I h e spent rather loosed 1500 indian rupees and 2gb of data just for sync...however i then managed what to sync but still its the same it consumes data like anything......does anyone have afix for it........otherwise the phone is good and nice to talk about
