Its more than a week to for me using it:
It has:
Fantastic smooth and responsive touch
Lookwise its out of the box
Very slim so dont bother that it will fit into ur pocket or not. .
Negatives :
Battery drains little fast as far as I experienced
No file manager and no delete option claiming kitkat inbuilt feature
Maximum brightness is little low ascompared to T2 ultra
In direct call shortcut, call is made only from sim 1 And not from sim 2.
Also not able to type in hindi even after installing google hindi input tools. (If anyone have found howto type then tell me

Guys please help me out which phone is better between iphone 5c and htc desire 816 in terms of all aspects like camera,battery,performance,lagging m a heavy gamer so processor is also an issue...plzzz plzzz plzzz help me out as m veryy confused between those 2 devices

im using this fantastic phone 4 two weeks,and i enjoyed every second.i fully charged it for 8 hours first time and it use it for almost two days

Having tough time choising color. Confused between white grey and black. No shops hav dummy pieces. Thinking abt black but white is also very good. Havent seen grey one yet. Pleade help. Want to buy dis as soon as Possible

This phone is a joke, really ! KitKat does not allow external file managers to write or delete files, but all other phones have a native one that can do it. So how can you manage files if you don't want to use a PC ???

This is ma review of HTC 816!
Well, I never owned an android phone be4. I had a Lumia 800 for 2 years. And dat phone's a masterpiece from Nokia!Had no complains whatso ever but the battery had strated to drain out much faster than usual so I decided to sell
it and buy a new phone, probably an android one this time. My budget was under 25k and my mum owns a Moto G. I just love the make and feel of that phone. So ma obvious choice was to go with Moto X (elder bro of Moto G) which is around
23k on Flipkart. I was almost sure to buy dat phone but thot of having a look at other phones for that price. And oly 2 good phones came close to it. 1) Sony T2, 2) HTC 816. Of course Gionee has pretty good phones in that price range
but the UI n software on 'em suck! So they wer ruled out.
Although, Sony T2 appealed me with its 6" screen but it lacked in the specs department. So the only option left was HTC 816. So I decided to check it out at the nearest outlet. And I must say I was more than satisfied holding it in my hand.
Its a phablet but its much easier and nicer to hold in hand compared to Sony T2 (But nowhere close to Moto X. Moto X is a beauty to hold in hand) I checked out d performance and specs of the phone and I was pretty impressed by it. So I got back home n compared it with Moto X. Both had der own pro's n con's and I had a gut feeling to go with HTC816 so right nxt day I went and purchased it for 23,5oo. As soon as the phone guy unboxed the phone and gave me my Orange
HTC 816, I couldn't stop admiring it. Of all the colours Orange definitely stands out. And I became so possesive of my 816 that wen the phone guy took my phone to install the sim card (Nano sim) and go about with the settings, I just dint feel like giving it to him and dint want anyone elz to touch it except me (crazy I know :D ) But thats wat I felt at that moment.
To sum it up...816 is almost the same in specs compared to Moto X but its way better in the screen and the camera
department. I dont feel like taking ma selfie wid the FF 5MP coz it reveals ma pimples (yay! its dats good).
Its quite huge to handle and a pain to keep it in your trousers and jeans. But its 720P HD screen is amazing!
As they say PPI of a phone is hard to judge by the naked eye and HTC 816 has 267 PPI which is quite average compared
to its size. Though, the screen is HD n sharp, I witnessed few lags here n there while shifting from one app to another.
NO big deal though! But overall the touch is pretty fast n smooth. No issues whatso ever.
Pro's:
5.5" HD screen,
Boom Sound speakers (Too good!! ),
2600 maH battery (lasting over a day on an average to heavy usage),
Perfect size for a phablet,
Very slim and easy to hold.
Con's:
Non;removable battery,
Glossy back, (very slippery to handle with one hand)
1.5 GB RAM (very less for a phone this big)
Verdict: I would blindly recommend this phone to any one wid a budget under 25k. Its every penny worth the money. A perfect phone for big screen conscious ppl. Its super smooth and the camera is just amazing. I fall in love with ma Orange beauty everytime I switch on the display. Its a head turner in the crowd when you carry it around.
All ma frenz are envious of my phone now.
As it is...everyones needs and preferences are different. So its always best to buy a phone which matches your
needs and wants rather than going by any1's review. Every1's views are different.
So if you want a smaller and an average sized phone with amazing specs then Moto X is a no brainer and if you
are a big phone maniac then 816 it is any day :)

Hi, I have bought this phone some four days back @ a price of INR.22500/-net. Really to say this phone is awesome. Whom ever want to buy this please close your eyes & buy this phone. Before buying this I have done the complete R & D of other brand phone.

Does this phone has TV out feature and will WCDMA work in India. Also which color would be the best out of White, Dark Grey and Orange (I am thinking of buying it in Dark Grey). Please help
