i just got the lolipop update . i still did not update the phone . waiting for the reviews . did anyone of u users update your phone ?

After lollipop update, my htc desire 816 dual is showing net connectivity issues. The mobile data connectivity gets disconnected or hangs frequently. Each time i may need to restart the phone or atleast turn mobile data off and on.
Anyone else getting similar issue??

Richrill, 23 May 2015I have desire 816 dual, my main challenge is the phone memo... moreswitch off your phone and charge the phone full let it drain out completely and follow it 3 times ..my problem was solved

Lots of issues on my phone after upgrading to lollipop like messaging and also the battery drains like anything...Htc should look after these issues

Dude, Never Put your IMEI number/MEID number on forums.. they can be misused by someone with bad intentions...

There is a serious network issue,gsm voice call is not at all clear even when the network is full..this is the one of the main problem im facing after updating to lolipop.pls release patch for this.

I am still facing problems like hanging (keyboard doesn't appear after clicking on typing window, cursor occurs, but no keyboard), music player doesn't work properly.
To sort this out, I've got to restart my phone whenever such problems comes.
I think Factory reset may help with that issues.

I am getting problem with sim 1 slot. 1st sim slot is not holding the sim properly. Sim is not getting attached with slot..It comes up every time I put into slot....Its a hardware problem. Does Anyone khow about this problem???....Is it covered under Warranty??

Hi iam using htc desire 816, after i updated its software version kitkat to lollipop 5.0 it gets hang, it doesnot work properly, after every 15 mins i have to restart it, it is working like a hell...pls suggest me how can i uninstall this update.
