after the update,my battery drains fast...before the update,the battery was soo good....please fix it as soon as possible...problems on keyboard while typing too...

I have been using htc desire 816 for 5 months until now..
If I update this phon to lollipop will I get all features correctly? I mean The problem till updating To lollipop solved or Not??
I think internal space must increase to 16 gb..

I bought HTC Desire 816 dual sim in Aug'14 before updated to lollipop it's working fine. now i am facing many issues like when i am typing something in message keyboard automatically gone. Battery draining very fast, Mainly it's mobile having very less space (8 GB) that after updated to lollipop total internal memory full it's showing other folder contains more than 4 GB. Plese solve the internal space issue. when i am trying to update the apps through google play store always it's showing insufficient space. please solve the issue ASAP.

GOD! HTC desire was a great phone until I updated the phone from kitkat to lollypop. Tha phone lags, hangs, the keypad doesn't respond and battery gets drained too quickly. I regret my choice of updating my 816 to lollypop. Guys pls do not update!!! HTC please fix this!

After the update battery is drying so fast without using Wi-Fi It is showing that wifi and screen was awake all the time.can anyone handle this problem.

I had just installed android 5.0.2 to my phone HTC 816 n all my internal storage is full their is no space available to download any apps

been using this phone for almost a year now . got it last august . so far no complaints . so far no good comments about the latest update .

After the lollipop update, The notification is irritating me. Whenever there is some notification and my phone is on vibration (due to office norms) It keeps vibrating for one notification until I check or remove it from the notofication bar...This is very annoying I have checked the forums and all the settings but nothing has worked. Have you guys got this issue..is there a solution for this ? please help...Except that all is good I also see that many of you are facing battery problem...Make sure you remove the screen timeout from auto to 1 minute or whatever you want and check the difference...My phone was also draining fast but after the change it is not.

I've been using 816, for about 3month,and it's been OK but it's now started showing me "Unfortunately the gallery has stop",whenever i tried to open the front camera.

I own this phone one month back and update software to Lolipop version.Now the problem is ringtones are not working and always the mobile in vibrate mode. if there solution to uninstall the lolipop update version.

nikki, 24 May 2015Guys plz suggest should i update to lollipop or not heard m... moreyou can surely upgrade just make sure there is alot of phone memory available ..after you have downloaded the update sucessfully it will be installed and then charge the phone in switch off mode and then use it untill it is drained completely ...atleast do the same 2 to 3 time .. you shld not face any problem .
