can anyone guide me how to deal with the desire 816 in case of water issues...my phone was continuously on and off until battery gets discharged...power button is not functioning properly...

i have bought my htc desire 816 dual sim since 6 months
it works so good and after the lollipop update nothing has changed except the os and the ui and he dont lag with me (i love playing games on it)

Advantages of lollipop upgrade
1. File manager to edit sd data
2. Can hear music using charging port
3. Share it can used to save files on sd card
4. Can delete files in mx player

Good screen, reasonable speed.
GPS is very bad and 3G is available only on SIM1.

I using this device for last 8 months and it works fine,I update my desire 816 last week and it works fine,after update my phone memory goes full then I just reset it and now after installing all apps I have 1.30gb of free space,still my phone works fine and battery is also good

I'm using this phone since an year, this is awesome performance so I refer to one of my friends he took the same one.
Last week my friend upgraded to lollipop then there are a bunch of problems. And my phone not upgraded so it is rocking. And my suggestion is DO NOT UPGRADE ANY OPERATING SYSTEM SOFTWARE FOR ANY PHONE.

i faced the same problem after upgrade it to lolipop.
main is 1). keypad is not open many times,
2).battery drain so fast.
3).hange
4).internal memory.

i bought htc desire816 4 mouth ago but touch pad is not working properly i went to htc team support they told me to send my phone in dubai!its not fair at all!i didn't bought my phone in dubai why do i have to send it there?

How to raise the ringtone volume in HTC desire816 dual.ringtone volume is too low.after factory reset.I selected full volume in settings.then also hearing too low

After upgrade lollipop in my HTC desire 816 some problems..
1. Battery drain very fast
2. In internet connection I preferred sim 1 but it connect internet on sim2
3. Music player song play perfectly but the timing of show on screen is wrong
4. Keyboard automatic suddenly close
5. Hang device after upgrade
6. Internal memory very very low after upgrade

I have d same prblm as many people alrdy said that aftr udated to android L lots prblms m facing relatd to automatically gone of keyboard, internal memory prblm ...we hv only 8 gb memory and out of that we hv only 1 gb remaining all the 7 gb memory is filled by apps only ....so its my humble request to dear HTC plz listen us and take action as soon as possible.

I bought HTC Desire 816 dual sim in 24 jun before updated to lollipop it's working fine. now i am facing many issues like when i am typing something in message keyboard automatically gone. Battery draining very fast, Mainly it's mobile having very less space (8 GB) that after updated to lollipop total internal memory full it's showing other folder contains more than 4 GB. Plese solve the internal space issue. when i am trying to update the apps through google play store always it's showing insufficient space. please solve the issue ASAP. Thank u....plZzz help us

after the update,my battery drains fast...before the update,the battery was soo good....please fix it as soon as possible...problems on keyboard while typing too...
