Hello everyone. Please read my problem carefull some day it may occur to u. its been complete 1 yr the journey wid htc desire 816 dual sim.it was fab experience.the phone is gud look is gr8 and over all its fine. but as soon as the phone complete its one yr the climax occur.last month i went to buy otg cable on mobile store.He connected otg cable to my phone n widout unmounting he take out dat otg cable suddenly.I went home and i put my phone on charging and after some time i saw dat ther was a notification dat UNABLE TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE WHILE IN HOST MODE. den i conected my phone wid other chargers,powerbanks,pc but still its showing the same notification.Now i am unable to charge my phone and its complete dead and i am so worried about it i went to service centre they said dat u have change charging soket and it will cost u 1200/-. guys pls pls pls pls pls pls help me wid any solution or suggest any idea i will be very thankful to u...! u know how its feels the day widout a phone. pls help me Thank in advance

The emails are not being delivered. they just sit in the out-box. Called the customer care team almost more than 5 times, the line would get disconnected even before i could speak to them about the problem. the customer care live chat options is not working, Makes you wait and then the chat window just stays stagnant. No idea where the downloaded files from emails are disappearing. the quality of headphones sucks

You can update the lolipop to get the file manager. But after updation don't update the google and htc apps like htc gallery, lockscreen,clock,car, google play music,play games etc... That will loose your memory... Use a clean master prperly to make the phone faster.

If anyone having memory problem... I have suggestions. don't update the applications that provided by google and htc... When updating, the memory will lose. Just reset and restrict the auto updation from playstore. I check the same. If any hanging problem just use clean master properly. So much functions are in clean master. I am also an htc desire 816D user

before update it was so good but after update it's waste and worst key board will go automatically, volume of ringing is very low on full of volume, camera is blurr, and hanging 100's times in a day.
