Hi, I am using it last 3 month but facing in SIM card rejecting problem in Tray 1,what CAN i DO CAN ANY ONE HELP ME.

I am using HTC Desire 816 since 8 months and I am happy with this device as the only issue the internal memory and there is no file explorer in the system and system does not allowed you and other file explorer to delete or edit in info.
But as a device it a good choice as compare to other devices in this range.

its more than 20 days my handset is still in service center for issues with power button when i ask them why it is not fixed i only get 1 answer parts are not available. The company who is manufacturing so many new handset & also selling them with huge profit cant get a mother board fixed for my device from last 20days. This was my 1st & last HTC handset will never ever buy a HTC handset & worst service provided by HTC service center

Sir my HTC desire 816 it's detect only first SIM and second SIM is not detect my mobile I think I lost my *#*#4636#*#* settings I format my mobile and I also reboot my mobile phone but it is not detect second SIM still now. If any body have idea please tell me

Camera quality is clear but the colors are not accurate its somwhat yellowish a sad thing looks unnatural

Any ideas on camera improvements on this device?? the selfie mode seems sharper and better in comparison to the main camera. Any recommendations anybody??

My phone don't detect dual SIM, only one SIM work, and another slot doesn't work, how can I do seeting for another Sim's detect ? When my phone doesn't detect another SIM , it's don't allow me setting mannually , help me please
