I have been using the 816 dual SIM for 7 months....I have never faced any serious problems since......It's a very good Phone......People stop making wrong comments about this device.....Many would have damaged your device due to rough using.

Friends my HTC Desire 816 Dual Sim has problem with touch screen. I cannot access notification panel, have to touch multiple times to get into an app, keyboard has also same problem. I used this phone for past 3 months handling very carefully and now this happens. Is this hardware problem or the software? What shall I do to get it fixed?

Guys, anyone got the updates from HTC, currently on 4.4.2 but heard updates are rolling, any idea about the same?

Hi guys i own this phone from last 6 months previously i was using a flip cover for this handset which use to help me lock or unlock by device but since last 4 days i bought a back cover boz of which i started using power button for lock or unlock trust me guys my phone is now in service center boz my power button stopped working worst quality buttons are been used
My suggestion avoid using power button more, better buy flip cover

My phone has stopped recognizing the pen drive. The pen drive shows indicator light to show its connected, the handset also shows message that the phone cannot be charged due to USB connected, but it does not display ant pendrive content. Can anyone assist if this is a tech problem?

I am owner of htc desire 816 from last 6 months I got same issue which your are of camera lenses blur... .. !
Guys it's not d major problem juz do one thing go in setting - check out the software update using data and if u had got some software den Plz update it successfully and after dis done your phone will work like new one... .!
