Dear Frndz....
I have HTC Desire 816G . I got this 18000 in my city (Jaipur). now i am facing very amazing problem in this.
When i download a video,audio (using UC,Firefox,opera)directly to my sd card. then download failed. please advise me. is it a problem....or i forget to did something. rest overall Phone are very nice..its a good experience of HTC

Go for htc man....awsm phn...amazing display size.good camera quality... sound qulity ...is ..much better than sony...t2

i am surprised to read such poor comments on the 816.
i have been using this since 3 months, and if u download all upgrades, its an awesome dual sim phone with a decent battery life.
pros: light, big screen, good speakers, excellent 13mp camera
cons: buttons r wrongly placed, too tall, camera low light average performance.
worthy upgrades: desire 820, lenovo vibe pro 2, s5 dual

I am confused between desire 816 & 816g. Should i purchase old 816 worth rs 16000 with 9 months warranty or new 816g.i used to insatall many apps. Pls also clarify about proces. Of 816g that it is snapdragon or media tek.

Very worst phone ever i used or heard of. Blunder is the camera and battery charge notification.
13 Mp is worse than the basic model mobile.
My first phone was replaced with new one, due to the display issues. Not satisfied.

Camera not that good flash is also very low
Battery backup is worse without thouch in 6 hour it went more then 30 percent
Notification light starts once to close it have to restart . Lcd not that good
And in this prise nite 3 neo was beast but not duel sim so i brought this and now feeling very sad

I brought 2 fones desire 816
And mmx nitro
1.Desire without use loosed more then 50 percent in 7 hours while nitro loose only 1 percent
2. Desire lct not that imperssive compared to mmx nitro
3. Camera dosent have good focas in front of camera o can see fingerprint in pics in nitro but not in desire
4 speed is lot behind then nitro
I thought its a brand so value for money
But not
It really surprised me
Even in kitkat battery problem
And service center told they cand change fone if it looses more then 30 percent in idel and aroplane mode
Meanse if i use fone it will only go maximum 7 or 7 hours and this all when battery saver mode ia on
