In look wise phone is nice, and other features like RAM, Processor also fine. But it should be upgrade able to android L. As concern with camera , it is very much dissapointed as per specs 13 mega pixels is not a joke.

I was also faced the same problem in camera while taking the picture...but after removed the thin transparent layer on the camera it was working fine!!!

Bought this phone 4days back n since then found battery life is not good..the bottom level speaker not working at times n need to restart the phone for both the speakers to work...anyone experienced this problem.. Plz help me to rectify..I have a normal usage..no gaming..light whatsapp usage n Skype too..

i have samsung s2 before and i use sygic navigator , but sygic not work with htc mobile.

psb, 11 Oct 2014camera result of htc 816 is very bed. flash light effect is... moreif you have thin plastic film covering the back of mobile, remove the portion which is covering the flash, this transparent plastic layer is the reason pictures comes with low quality using flash..
