i bought htc 820 yesterday..d sales guy tld me to switch it off n charge t fr 6hrs..jst in 3 hrs it showed 99% while switchd off..aftr dat i checkd d battery life..it gives oly 8 hrs 0f batterylife...i didnt lay any games..oly music n net..den lso oly 8 hrs...is there anything i can do about it..plz help me

In call Volume is too low.and it gets auto lock every now and then. Will updating software help???

I am using HTC Desire 820 from last 2 months. Everything is good. The only thing that i faced is - there is hanging issue. And when it get hanged there is no option of restart, as its battery is inbuilt. No other option rather 2 wait 4 battery 2 get discharged.

Gaming will of coz consume lot of power but heating issues I've not come across. ....
No hanging issues works smooth all along. ...
Battery is sufficient for about 20hrs of net + call + music usage..
But gaming and videos will consume power

I have been using this phone from last 1 month. Foll. are my observations,
1. Zoom does not work on front camera, despite of setting necessary option.(Zooming with volume buttons)
2. FM reception is very very poor. It's audible only when we are walking. Otherwise while travelling, it becomes useless.
