Well its too early to post this review ...since i m a day old user of this phone ...but then tooo i think it will help a lot of buyers!!
Pros:
a) Design : A very slim and light phone.
b) Sound : This is a must buy phone for every music lovers..Just one word for it..Awesome!!!
c) Display : Not one of the crisp display you may find in the market but handles the job very well , brightness and viewing angles are good.
d) Rear Camera : Well it does takes some really good pics in daylight, but the only problem i found was the auto-focus of the phone was bit too slow when compared to my old phone i.e lumia 720.Low light photos are not bad at all.
e) Supports OTG and does have Gorilla Glass 3.
f) Performance : Antutu Benchmark score : 28598 , Smooth performance overall ..havent seen any lagg yet and i haven't tested gaming performance yet, so that part is bit doubtfull from my side but videos in youtube show that it can handle heavy games with ease.
Cons :
a) Battery : Well since it was my first day as soon as i bought the phone i drained the battery to 0 and then charged again to 100, well it did took a lot of time i.e almost 2 to 3 hrs (didnt count exactly).Then comes the usage ..on the first day i just used whatsapp for around 20 mins , 15-20 mins of browsing (not at the same time) ,what i found out was a bit shocking ...because i saw 1% of battery drop evry 3,4 mins and that too with battery saver on and not much of usage i.e i was just using homescreen and was checking out various menu.Brightness was divided into 3 stages , i kept at stage 1 during my whole use.I started my journey with 100% battery from home to office at 7.15 am and returned at 7.30 pm with 5% battery left and i was hardly using it. Standby is not bad at all but as soon as you start using the phone it will drain pretty quickly.
b)Front Camera : Well when i first clicked the photo i got confused whether i was using 8mp cam or 1.3mp cam, reason was "Detail" . Photo did look good without zooming, but as soon as i zoomed in pixelated. So i would say that "8mp" front camera is just to attract selfie lovers but its not that good, there are better selfie phones in the market.
Conclusion : Overall it is a good phone in terms of performance ,rear camera ,design , ui but i was disappointed with the battery life.I have heard many complaints regarding heating issues of the phone and i did feel the heat but my battery temperature didnt exceed 45 degree, but yea you can feel the heat near the camera easily because of its slim design and plastic back. Music Lovers go for it this is the best phone u can get in this range and for normal users who want to buy this phone i would say to wait until lollipop is released for this phone or at least wait for the price drop ie 20 to 21k.

After using gSIII for 2 yrs upgraded to note 3 neo which was my worst experience with android and finally moved to htC and regardless to say its brilliant phone and has a better display than note3 neo ...advantages.. dual sim 4g ready and fm radio .. no issues at all the best ever smartphone which i hv used till now...
Dont think much .. buy it ..u will enjoy it..

i bought a brand new HTC 820 and within 4 working days it started giving problems, it started hanging, the touch wouldnt work, it would get on and off on its own, so i got a replacement for another piece, this time it lasted for 10 days and again same problems that i had with the first one. now again today they have told me to take a replacement, but this is just too much. didnt expect such problems from HTC being a world class brand.
i am confused if i should again buy the same piece or change the brand itself

I can't say anything about HTC Products. Bought htc desire 816 got lots of problems in radio and bluetooth again and again finally replaced and purchased 820 before 4 days and getting problems of hitting, hanging and many more.. it is not responding the touch which is essential for any smart phone.. i don't know whether it's something wrong into the phone or ......
but really tried with this HTC....
