Guys HTC 820 owners pls switch off weather update and sync all and auto sync.function ......now my phone battery draining issue resolved... however eating issue still present.. hope next update from HTC will solve this problem.

There is no gg3 protection glass mentioned in specifications book in the box. All rumors about gg3 glass made people to believe.it has FM and otg support but no gg3 in HTC 820 mentioned:(

Actually this is an octacore phone. So technically when u r using apps that does not demand too much of processing will run on 1ghz quad-core and other heavy apps will require 1.5 ghz quad-core. So if r using much of net etc. then battery drain will not be much in comparison to heavy processing like gaming etc.make sure u optimize the screen brightness and try to use 2g network on standby for receiving notifications. This surely will give much necessary boost to your battery l

monu, 26 Nov 2014desire 820 or xperia z which is the better one,while both h... moredear friend,for sure desire 820 is better.D820 has better ,larger and very sharper screen.also D820 equipped with better camera in back and front.D820 has better and powerful 64bit cpu in 2 frequency.1Ghz is for usual usage and 1.5Ghz is for gaming and... these 2kind cpu help battery for more charges.you can see hatc desire 820 is far better in every level and section. also htc desire 820 has very better and clear sound quality.go for htc desire 820 with no doubt.

Guyzz I bought a HTC 820 a few dayz back nw I got a problem in ma phone it alwayz gets heat nd plzzz tel me whether heating is a major problem or can use it without bothering about heating problem

I purchased HTC 820 10 days back. Till yesterday, it was working fabulous, but today suddenly when i was chatting on Whats App (and 3G was on), the screen suddenly went black and when i re-started it, the battery level showed just 1%, the battery was 54% before the screen went black. Now this is worrying me since i waited for this phone for more than 1 month and spent 25000 but experiencing this issue with a new phone and that too from HTC is horrible....

it sucks.....got this phone on nov 8 and then got it replaced n again it isn't responding.....same issues as there were before replacement...tired of this phone...now someone please tell me how to repair it
