dude...... one of the best cons is >>>>>battery is so slow cann't say anything burrrrrrrrrrr.... everytime my college is coming to charge htc desire 820q... i am looking ..within 4 hour continue battery drainnage is going on.
so don't buy it....not go for it
prefer asus or samsung..which is best

HTC DEsire 820 is the worst phone ever. Was already facing too much bloatwares on htc sense and then i got my phone unusable since i have upgraded it to MM. The phone suddenly goes black and black on the lockscreen and the only way out is to restart. Its been a month and even TVSE (HTC service center) wasnt able to fix my query. Its very difficult to wait for such long with some other phone.

Really fast phone, I was really surprised and impressed by it. Compared to Samsung or Sony phones its much faster. I had an EU single SIM version and until I dropped it and cracked the screen I was really happy with it. Replacement screen with shipment from HTC costs a bit more then 2/3rds of new phone price, and more expensive then second hand phone, so I recycled mine, but other then my own fault I had no complaints what so ever, I can`t imagine better phone in this price range.
I also have Iphone 6 and Sony Xperia Z2,Samsung S6 Edge, we share it in between our family, I got HTC for free as loyal customer, didn`t think much about it when I got it, but I was really impressed by it, now I`m waiting for HTC 10 to buy it. Iphone, Sony and Samsung, they are laggy once in a while, they tend to crash and etc. and this cheap Desire 820 haven`t crashed once for me and sound from those dual speakers is impressing for a phone.

Screenof this device got cracks when kept in pocket.replacement charges are high.There appears to be porability problem.

Don't Use.
Low battery life & signal strength. Problem in upgrading did send email for support but no reply except we are working.
