my deswire 820q has a software damage,,it just opening and showing HTC nothing happening next,,,neither it shutsdown nor switch on,,after the battery goes off it shuts down,,what to do,,plzz say

Please do not buy this phone. The phone with worst battery backup ever. If u r late in updating ur phone lyk 4-6 days then the fone will become a box. Waste of your money.
