i am using this phone since 1 year i am very disappointed with this phone bcoz 1st 3 to 4 months it was working properly slowly it started heating and it has a worst battery within 1 year the mother board has got spoiled but it has a awesome camera and graphics

I got new update android 6 marshmallow..
Working awesome..screen flows like water..great
Thanks HTC to giving new updates..
I know htc always cares about their users...

The Worst phone ever, i bought in 2015 at month of feb , exactly after one year when its warrenty got fineshed phone got hanged , and when i went to service center everyone comming with same problem , worst company worst phone ,

Has anyone been able to format SD card as internal storage?? I am using SanDisk ultra,Samsung evo and Sony 32 gb class 10 high speed memory card. Still my phone shows SD card is too slow use ush class 3 SD card. Anyone else has this issue?

dr, 15 May 2016i tryed it for two time but the second part is cant update ... moreIf you are getting 2nd update as corrupted please factory reset your phone. I was also facing same issue, I had downloaded it 4-5 times. I have tried wipe cache partition also but the problem still persisted. Then I contacted HTC customer care they advice me to Factory reset the device. After Factory reset also I got the same error but the 2nd time I tried I got updated.

z1, 15 May 2016Visit a HTC service centre they will update it for you.What the #uck HTC are doing didn't understand we can't update New version marshmallows I have visited pickup center they are asking 400/- for update they have said that it needs 5 to 7mbps speed for update only on wifi and first of all HTC are making fool to us it fake company I think all htc device have not good battery backup worst audio quality more than that it is worst device HTC desire 820 what a waste HTC I have paid 24000/- for this worst device please do not buy HTC device's u will get fooled by this company only price and look will premium and remaining features are waste compared to other company

Anyone having trouble merging SD card as a internal storage ?? I have used 3SD card now SanDisk ultra class 10,Samsung evo class 10 and Sony uhs 1 class 10. Everytime it's saying SD card is too slow to use as internal. What to do?
