After upgrading lollipop version i am facing a problem of Google play service crash unfortunately stopped notifications comes every 2 seconds how I can fix that give me a solution...

Hi,
No body go for the new update availlable in htc desire 820....it is not an update to upgrade your phone..its just remove your valuble phone features. They are downgrade your features(camera quality reduced, camera filter removed, battery backup ,,hanging )

I have no idea why my HTC won't respond to possibly anything.......
Recovery mode, soft boot....hard boot....nothing...
I won't respond to anything....and i have no idea what caused it.

Worst phone to buy.. Contacts hangs like anything.. Situations goes worst when you can't even pick up any call.. Micromax works hundreds times better than hTc. Not worth for 20k at all.

I've installed the new (lollipop maintence) update and the phone now works faster and it is really smoother. Not sure about the battery, I think it drains slightly quicker but again not sure. They've also improved the SMS app. Now we're all eaiting for the 6.0 😊

It takes 10 to 20 minutues to start up my phone.. i am disappointed .. i updated new software version ysday. Fast boot option is not there in my settings though..pls hlp me out

I bought this phone on feb 2015.I used it as my primary phone for 9 months.
Niggles faced this far:
After 6-7 months the phone is a little bit slow,not so much but a little.
The battery backup is poor when used extensively.
It also gets heated up on continuous internet browsing and gaming.
Sometimes it charges very slow.
Selfie is great at outdoor conditions but indoor with wall colors such as green tends to be pixelated.
Battery saver does nothing to the phone except showing battery saver on.
Extreme power saving mode is not efficient as ultra power saving mode in Samsung.
(Initially on march,it stayed for 1 hour with some 3% left,Now it stays only 30 mins)
The sound output is awesome,yet sometimes there is some noise when it is at full volume.
Fingerprint magnet both sides are
Low light shot is really poor
HDR sometimes spoils the colour accuracy
Once the os update is done,there is no space in internal memory(merely 1Gb available)
After os update,small hang can be noticed(Little)
Comparison to other devices:
The camera quality compared to Samsung A7,its low.Both have 13mp shooter on back yet Samsung shoots really well with much higher quality and color.
In my opinion,Samsung A7 is a better choice for those who use camera extensively.
The Htc 820 heats,drains fast.

I use 3g after some time when I see mobile its drop 15% and I use fully chargecharged mobile only 1 hour and after 20% it's automatically switch off

i hve purchased the 820 htc in dec 14, in the month of March 15 sim cards stopped working. I went to HTC service center they took the phone for 15 days and gave me replacement brand new handset. Again with the new handset I m getting the trouble of automatic restart and hang. now the phone is with HTC Service center and they are not able to diagnose the problem. Whats the use of purchasing this high end, costly hand set if I have to keep servicing it every 6 months.
