Guys I can't undestand which is the best android version for this 820.
Should I update it to marshmallow or il lollipop better?
Did htc release some update to fix the bugs on marshmallow??

I bought even a used one from a friend , I used it for the last 9 months without a serious problem except as many said the heating while i use internet as well as the fast battery drainage.

Also please send some mails to the HTC support executives, they said they haven't received any complaint.

In my htc 820g phone,vault can't be supported..sometimes phone memory show totally zero and sometimes I can't receive anything from other phone..I can't understand what actually happened

chaithu, 18 Oct 2016guys can u tell me its better to take htc desire 820 phoneHTC820 is good and I am using this since 18 months.Main issues are phone gets heated and after 1 year I see touch is not that good.Camera is a problem as it is taking few min to open.For me Battery is awesome.gives me one and a half day for sure.

i have been using htc desire 820 past 1 year and 9 months.. the only problem i am facing is of battery drainage and sometimes heating.. rest all touch working great and so does camera and processor!!

Have been using the phone for past one and a half years, the battery fine is pathetic ,even after charging 100% it drains within 4-5 hrs, rest aside the phone suddenly stopped working what I can see is only the red light blinking and black screen , had been t gallery they say the mother-board is dead...

I bought htc 820 for 24k, It’s been 1 year 8 month. My phone facing problem of poor touches sense. The touch doesn't work. I have to tap at least 5-6 times to type one letter. I am not able user my htc properly.
I contacted HTC customer service they suggested factory format; however after reset it’s not working ….. Ridiculous.
I will never buy and recommend htc product in my life.

chaithu, 18 Oct 2016guys can u tell me its better to take htc desire 820 phonei suggest yes but there is a problem with poor battery backup and heating issues, other than that it is still the most wanting phone because it offers good performance with great camera
