Have had this phone for 6 months now, very pleased with it. It's light and thin, battery very good, sometimes even lasts me two days on power saving mode. Only downside is the camera, as always with HTC. Compared to other mid-range phones it is slightly behind and the lens cover is right at the surface so it scratches easily, it would have been better to have an edge around the lenscover so it does not touch to surface you place it on. It is also very large, not a problem for me but I can see someone with smaller hands having problems handling it with one hand. The phone feels very solid even though it is so light, the back of the phone is plastic-y which makes it so light and actually feels nice in your hands, because the colour of the back is light grey, scratches are easily visible. Sound from speakers is very good, and coming from an Xperia Z3 the HTC Sense home software is a true blessing, it makes the handeling and look of the Android software much better and ultra customizable. Overall the price/quality of this phone is very good, and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't need a high-end phone.

neilma, 06 Mar 2016am planning to buy this phone....am so tensed whether to bu... moreHmm i do have this 1... its been almost 7 month... the problem is android 4.4.2 and 1gb ram... i am using it mainly for all time game and all and 24*7 internet. But still its working smoothly..its just awsome. 4 n half star out of 5.

I am buy htc 820 g plus i 1 problem face sound quality is goog but up speker is any time not warking and incoming call and not warking up spekers

My only comment for this model desire 820g+ is the front camera is very slow with bad performance it seams like 1 MB not 8 MB as they mention.

Anonymous, 01 Mar 2016Which screen is better LCD or capacitive touchscreen ?I think both are different. LCD and LED are display screen lights. Capacitive and resistive are touchscreen input types. LED is better than LCD and Capacitive is always better than resistive. I am sorry if I am wrong.
