Bakwas mobile...Battery drained too fast, low sensitivity for data ,camera stopped working anytime,Poor camera quality, outer body just waste of money(to be dirty due to soft rubber-need a back guard every time).Nothing good to write about this mobile.

I also agree. Terrible phone. I am now in the market looking for another one just 1.5 yrs and so many problems later (terrible batter life, won't charge with anything else, now bluetooth and wifi wont work).

Htc desire 826 dual this is very worst phone in this range bcz no bettry backup and processor is very slow and finding many new problems after few months. Please don’t plan for that kind of phone

HTC's this model is failure. Do not buy this model. I read the reviews of bad opinion about this mobile before I buy this. But I trust HTC and buy it. But, my experience on this mobile is also very bad.

Worst phone ever...I purchased it last year..now charging socket is not working,camera also not working.....so much money I spent to repair this worst phone,don't buy...in this range Samsung is best option....now I hate HTC

i had bought a new htc mobile 826 and after 3 months it started problems I bought this in Kadapa BIG C, we gave mobile to them but no use they stated that only one time service will be done but I am having one year warranty for the second time they had not taken, they said go to Bangalore or Chennai or Hyderabad to service the mobile with our own expences. I am unable to fine HTC service centre in Chennai also all are fake service centres. can any one kindly suggest me is there any good htc service centre in Chennai,
my request : don't buy htc mobiles because these are not like old HTC mobiles which we never faced any problem. this was my third htc mobile last two mobile are windows mobile which are very good and I used them for nearly 6 years.

Worst mobile I have ever used ,battery is over heating battery life is very bad.I purchased this mobile last year and now market price is 1k.

Oh my phone is over heating while charging and any app using . When phone is fully charged with in 2 minute 2% of charge lossed.
