Not from the service centre purchase those from ebay and do it by your own. I have done it and now every thing is fine using it from two years. Yes the battery backup is less and takes lot of charging time but after doing this now my phone is not heating also.

Using htc desire 826,having plugged my phole throughout whole night,it only shows up that 'slow charging,use another cable or adapter,( And wonder is that I was using original adapter of htc)' on full charging My cell gets switched off only at 84 percentile battery power,,,...what the hell u have fitted in ur brand...
JUST REMOVE ALL THE PIECES OF BRAND HTC FROM MARKETS ,ALL OVER INDIA....
U MUST USE NEAR ABOUT 4400MAH BATTERIES IN UR CELLS...😵😵😡😡😡😡

Service center care in ansal plaza not proper caring I am going in ansal plaza service center 2-3 time but not resolved the issue.

I am also using HTC desire 826 it will become overheating when the phone will be on , then it will switch off then it will on when the heat decrease , very bad product from HTC

by far the worst device I have used battery overheats after system upgrade camera is crushing and after another upgrade the fone has completely crushed by far theeee worst fon ever..

worst phone. do not buy any htc mobile. This HTC brand only showcase everything , it just looks stylish but in performance it is worst. battery heating, front camera problem, charging issuses are common problem.

I have similar issues with the screen just after about 9 months ..the screen dims itself, it has several colors then the screen is off for a while, even when calls come in or messages you can see who is calling!so that's a common problem i can confirm!

You can use your 4G sim card but phone does not support 4G, so features of 4g will not be available.

AnonD-616046, 12 Mar 2017the phone was very good at first but over time (not more th... morei experienced the same issue with the screen, it started dimming and turning purple for about a week before it went off and i couldn't put it on again. I initially thought as well that its because i have dropped it a few times but I believe that the phone has got two serious issues on its battery and screen.
