Yes don't buy htc 826. I used this model for month and suddenly touch problem started. Reach service center to found that complete lot had same issue. I don't know why HTC is still selling this model in market? Total waste of money. They should immediately call all devices and announce it publicly with opology. I think they want to loose market share in this big competitive world.

i am very confused between htc desire 826 dual and sony xperia c4 dual .... and also confused both because htc desire 826 has 5.1 lollipop and xperia c4 has 5.0 lollipop ... tell me guyzz.. plz help me guyz,,,

Honeymoon period continued for the first month only............ TOUCH SCreen stopped working........ service centre unable to rectify the problem.....All my contacts and pictures lost.. :(
WORST EVER EXPERIENCE with HTC. I will never buy HTC product ever.

yes HTC desire 826 has heating issue,,,,,,and instead of gorrilla glass protection it has resistive glass protection but i prefer to go with tempered screen gaurd. Nice thing is about its camera looks performance and most of it is CPU integer performance which if highest than any phone ............

I bought this phone despite of reading the comments below. I thought I will take my chances.
But these comments below aren't fake. HTC is the worst and they are expensive for no reason.
1.Heating Issues
2.Touch won't work properly.
3.The person cannot hear me on the other side of the phone even when I'm talking to them in an open field where the phone tower is.
Its just sicking man. Waste of time and my money and peace as well.
Well i can only suggest not to buy rather than go for some other phone with much lower price and better specifications.

pls don"t buy HTC 826 and any HTC phone and HTC don"t have service. if you want to service your mobie just forget for 15 days and you have to put 2 days leave to go for service. worst expirence. waited for 6 hours to give service. no responce. everybody fedup.
