I bought this phone 2 months back. Everything was perfect but suddenly the touchpad stopped working one day. Took my phone to the service centre and was shocked to see merely 20 more like me having d same phone and problem as mine. Its still in the service by the way..

Hello, I have HTC E8, HTC 816 now my frnd has got HTC 826 but if I open any window example SMS, it is appearing kind of light brownish color where as other mobiles are milk white. Is something wrong with my 826?

My frnd bought this mob one week back...now the touch pad is not working...This has become a common problem for all the htc 826 mobile....When we visited service centre there are more than 30 mobiles are there with the same compliant.

I am using HTC Desire 826x (CDMA & GSM Version) phone for past 1 month. the problem I am facing is Sim 2 doesn't support 3G network. When I inquire in HTC service center in Gurgaon, India. They advised me, that this phone doesn't support 3g in SIM slot 2... this is really kind of disappointing to me. anybody got solution for this??

Akki, 23 Jul 2015Best phone ever i used..but my phone's front camera lens ge... moreBecause the anti glare coating is gone. Plz use tooth paste and wipe with smooth and soft cloth. Those scratches will be cleared. Do for both front and back lenses.

I purchased this model 15 days back from Paytm and from past 7 days my htc desire 826 having touch problem. this type of problem is horrible for htc user.
Guys please don't waste your money on htc products.
Also service centre of HTC Rajkot is denied repair my phone & said company doe's not allow warranty of online purchase.
so pl do not purchase any HTC phone from online website

It's good phone. But some time I found issue like person on the other side doesn't get my voice properly. Its not because of network that I have checked. Is there any one who found same kind issue?

Hi All, I bought HTC Desire 826 in April 2015. Till now phone is working in a very great condition and the battery life is amazingly long. Some times I need to charge it only once a week.

I purchased this model 3months back and from past 20 days i m having touch problem.horrible phone. Guys please dont waste your money on htc products. The products sucks as well as the services too.

hey bro. i am still using this phone from may 22 but i don't get this type of problems. i think you should purchase it from trusted htc desire 826 showroom unless not from the other mobile shops

no.01 worst phone. my phone battery back up it is coming only 8 hrs.(within 3 days this problem was started)
