The main advantages of the Desire Eye is the front flash, dual tone flash, and most importantly - the front facing speakers. I just couldn't bring myself to except the speaker being on the back as with the Galaxy S5. That's why I chose the Eye.
At the end of the day, you have to decide which features are most important to you. Both phones will be great, the features are the main differences.

This is a great feature. However this requires a Quick Charge 2.0 certified power adapter. This is not the same adapter that is supplied with the phone and needs to be purchased separately. The adapter that is supplied with the HTC desire eye is the Standard conventional charger and that is why it takes longer to charge. This is not a phone issue. The phone is really good.

Plug phone into wall charger and then hold volume up and down and power for 2 minutes .

Already used it for three months. Absolutely love it. Awesome selfie pic. But the phone quite big, so it quite hard to hold. My phone always fall to the ground when i lost the grip but the phone still ok. Nothing happen yet. Even the phone quite pricey but i never regret buying it

Hi guys I m Vijay from India. I m facing a problem related to the battery as in the spec it is written that it charges 60% in 30 min. But my desire eye is taking around 3 hours to get fully charged. so anyone can please help me out .

Hi to all HTC users out there. Could you please give your comments about HTC especially on Deisre Eye as to its performance. Does it lag often? Does it take a while to respond? I havent used HTC before and i just wanto to check if it consistenly works well like iPhone
