I live on a very hilly city. Reception is not as good as an HTC magic or Nexus S. Also, once having used the std Android sys for almos a yr, this one is too different, lost simplicity. HTC, go back to your excellent stds, pls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi guys.. i intend to change phone. u guy think iphone 4 or HTC desire HD is better? plz adv me as i am nt so pro in phones.

htc is brilliant i say.. why.. because they did not used amoled or super amoled in this monster phone.. because due the amoled problems like the once in nokia n8, htc desire, samsung galaxy s.. unlike lcd and super clear lcd no problem with colors.. though not that the best color can produce but at least.. htc desire hd has no purple reddish problems hhahahahahah.. before i switch to this monster.. im a nokia n8 user.. very bad amoled screen due to the unstable amoled capabilities.. cant produce colors right

what is the price of DESIRE HD in ENGLAND, anyone could answer me? cause i brought this set from der at the cost of 800$ but i m not sure this price is ok or not?

Have been using the HTC Desire HD for the past 2 weeks. Good UX, though the accelerometer has to be tweaked to make the potrait to landscape transition smoother. Nice Market support and loads of apps. Worst Music player I have ever seen. Almost a mono-player. If you are a music buff this phone is not for you. Bad battery. Dissapointed with this phone, in all.

simon, 01 Mar 2011i want to get bejeweled 2 from the market place but it does... moreI have similar issue before to buy PES 2011 for my HTC Desire HD until I do a Factory Reset and start all over and saw it available on Android Market and bought it. Try search EA Mobile which has the game you want and download it from there. You might need to keep trying which you will surely get someday like I did. You just need to be patient.

Don`t get me wrong. I am NOT an iPhone fan. But I had both the Desire HD and the iPhone 4 for a month. The only things that the HTC is ahead of the Apple are, the cell phone reception, the camera and Android Market which has a lot of good free apps. That`s it! The Desire HD is not as responsive to your touch, it has a lot of lags specially if you have apps working on the back, needs a reboot every now and then(to kill the apps which slow down the processor) and more. The screen and the browser are, well, OK and it is smarter than the iPhone or Windows Phone.
I give it a 7 out of 10 only.

i want to get bejeweled 2 from the market place but it doesnt appear in the search,however it appears on the market through my pc but says not compatible with my carrier which is 3 as im paying by visa debit why should that matter?i cant find any help anywhere about this...

It's a BEAST phone. Do you think that the Atrix is better? :) It is a great phone as well, but it has a smaller screen, it has a weaker camera. It has less internal memory.
