0v0, 29 Nov 2010Dear DB, 2 things bothering me: 1)- The screen. 2)- So... moreThe screen is fantastic, the applications are excellent and there's a lot of applications that you can download from HTC sense that will enhance your likings like the sound and messaging.

True, if you want to hear music use an ipod and if you want to watch a movie then use a portable dvd player. Cell phones are for calling and sending messages.

If you have come across of my previous posting I made mention about "there's no such as a perfect phone" otherwise the manufacturer won't make a profit. There's always a pros and cons regardless whether it's Nokia, Samsung, Iphone or HTC. Nowadays it's hard to catch up with the technology, every 6 mths new cell phones have been manufactured and release in the market.

I hope this will help you to choose which phone does suit for your needs. Goodluck!

      How do you define them.

[deleted post]OMG Nokia fanboy is the worst and mindless. How can a phone with bad typing experience is #1? Nokia is selling brand, not phones. HTC is vice versa, thats the real company. I'm so worry people like you can access the internet.

[deleted post]I'm happy with my HTC Desire D. It's working and I don't see any problem. Come to think of it as long it does the job for you ringing from a-z and sending messages I guess that's what the cell phone does. Go for it!

First piece of advice - pls immediately switch over to N8 if you want to stick with symbian - its capacitive screen is significantly better than resistive of 5800. Second, S^3 is snappier than s60v5. But ultimately, Symbian has its limitations and Desire HD will be much more user friendly and quicker to use esp with its bigger apps store.

[deleted post]I understand but you are talking too MUCH about Nokia in my opinion. By the way I know that you like the HTC Desire Z. I like that phone too.

can anyone tell me which is probably a better choice and why.. the n8 or htc desire hd? after looking at some videos, the price of the htc desire hd seems a little bit much but the nokia n8 is relatively cheap, anyone knows why? currently im using a nokia 5800 and there are quite some similarities to the n8.. im really confused about these 2 phones, can anybody help me out? :S

I have played with this phone about 15 minutes @ the Carphone Warehouse, It's nice phone but has few issues first, external speaker volume not loud enough, bottom plastic cover for sim and memory very flimsy and feels like come out very easly, back of phone lays down on the camera lens and finally sales man said battery life not great, asking price was £495.00 to me and the salesman said, not worth it!!
                            this is very honest opinion
                            I'll keep my Iphone4 for a while!!
                            regards

I support and bought Nokia over 10 years but i found they are no improvement at all recently and their technical and customer service really sucks! NO more Nokia in my life!
