Hi guys, I have a WinMo (htc touch pro) and I am thinking about a new Phone. I have seen a diferent of opinions, but my questions are not responded exactly.

Actually I have some UNCERTAINTY yet...

I love 'my phone' of MicSoft: Can I sync a Android with that?

I own Route66 as Navigation: Can I install it in an Android?

I have more questions, but these are more inportant for me to know just now.

Thanks in advance for your SUPPORT...

Ness, 09 Nov 2010Hi everyone, Hi Desire HD users! I had decided to buy th... more1- HTC is a greatco mpany! Making the best android-phone
2- It has the HTCsense.com integrated, which cost u a fortune if you had an iphone to get the mobile me
3- The HTC sense rocks, you make your phone the way YOU want not the way Steve jobs tell u.
4- Android is more reliable than iOS, have you heard about the iOS security HOLE! It is really a shame. If not here is the article, test it with your iphone:
              http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/blog/2010/oct/26/iphone-lock-screen-bypass-security
              http://crazzycool.blogspot.com/2010/10/unlock-your-iphone-for-calls-without.html
5- Security by obscurity (hiding the code) is not a security. Android is transparent, is more secure.
6- You don't need 400 000 apps of farts! With the 100 000 apps you find in android you can find anything you want.
7- I have tried both iphone and android. Android rocks especially with HTC.
8- You should change and test by yourself to know the differences :)
9- Give me your feedback :D

Strongly agree with Rahul here. It's a complete SmartPhone. Have every nitty-gritty feature one would look for in a phone.

The ONLY setback is the battery life, which during a heavy use last a day max.

This is sure to improve after the release of Gingerbread.

Hi everyone, Hi Desire HD users!

I had decided to buy this phone, AND today I went to a store and checked it out for my self for the first time!

                        I WAS WOW-ed! :)

But only one concern I had, it is the PRICE! it was 670 Euro! and Only 50 euro cheaper than iPhone 4 (16 GB)! Also worth to mention than I'm an iPhone 3G user since 2009!

But Apple Limitations SUCKS BIG TIME! :S

One thing that I wanna know is: WILL THE ANDROID BE RELIABLE? I mean Is there a good APPS for Android & Good GAMES for it? Cuz you all know that Apple has a great app store!

Desire HD users PLEASE tell me if this phone is gonna made me more happier than an iPhone 4? or any iPhone.

Your Reviews, hands-on experience is so so welcomed by my side.

                        Thank you in advance, Ness.

Nath, 08 Nov 2010I have a question for you!! how do you find your battery?? ... moreive heard it can go well under a day with heavy use.. it should get a little better when the battery is fully conditioned.. but like i said im a casual user.. it lasts me around a day and a half.. thats with playing games, downloading using wi fi, taking pics and vids..the usual stuff when ya first get a phone and always messing with it.. i havent tried any fps games which would prob use a lot more power.. but you can manually switch off mobile internet (which i couldnt do on my last phone)and wifi etc when not needed.. the phone out of the box just wants to eat data (everything syncing, facebook etc).. if social networking is your thing this is def the phone for you..its called friend stream ..updates everytime one of ya friends posts on facebook or twitter etc. i personally switch all these off until i require them.. so i cant say exactly how long it would last with everything on, i have seen larger capacity batteries for it on the net already.. all i can say is go in a store and play about with one.. not sure there are many smartphones with all the bells and whistles that would last more than a day anyway.. i was impressed that after booting the first time you can set up all ya google accounts and facebook etc, you also get a nice typing tutorial.. i found it tricky to text with it because its so sensitive but you can even calabirate(forgive the spelling)the keypad and it was loads better for me now..you cant alter the sensitivity but maybe mine was slightly out. cant wait till i can get swype on it.. there arent any instruction in the box but if you check out the adobe reader(preinstalled) theyve included 3 pdf files with all the manuals youll need. should also come with several books pre installed

had the phone about a week.. no hdmi connection on it..in box you get charger(one for the tech heads.. i love the look of it), 8gb samsung class 2 microsd card (preinstalled into phone), really nice set of head phones with a small control box on the lead (play/answer button, formard track, back track).. i love the phone.. the camera/camcorder isnt the best but does the job i require, if i want to take pics id buy a dedicated camera anyway.. the phone is super smooth and the screen is sooooo sensitive and responsive.. some people have said they've experienced lag at times on it but if you have "usb debugging" enabled supposed to fix it.. although i have had no such problems with it.. another problem i had was to link it to my windows 7 x64 pc, so a tip for anyone buying it is to disable the fast boot and restart the phone it should link up.. the fast boot takes literally 5 secs or so to start the phone!!(apart from the first time while it sets up your sim card etc).. awesome lol..the sim/memory card cover is a little flimsy and some people have a slight gap when closing it again.. ive fitted a gel back cover so no dust will get into it that anyway.. the handset is BIG but after a few minutes it feels great in your hand and the build quality (apart from sim cover) is second to none.. i read this forum regularly so if any more questions feel free to ask and ill answer them as best i can ( im no expert, just an everyday casual user)thanks hope this answers a few questions
