FaceTime video calls work only over Wi-Fi, only Wi-Fi? You call this a mobile phone? Is there a good Wi-Fi everywhere?
No file transfer over Bluetooth or USB Mass Storage mode, what the f**k? Even the most basic phones can transfer files over Bluetooth, guess Apple didn´t want you to do this.
Reception issues, do I even have to say anything about this...
Iphone 4 has a good display and very good battery life, that´s about it.

ur right.its all about showing off with these new toys (coz the're not phone anymore so stop calling them phones).
first was the signal failure, but no, we'd have to use a bumber of a pouch.what if i don't want to ?now i have to pay a LOT of money for somthing only to find out that i have to use something else in order to make a phone call.
it looks damn nice, it moves damn nice, but these simple things make me understand really how important are we to the mobile makers..shame

This has a 1250 mAH battery. it will dry out in like 16 hours to the max since display will have very high battery usage!

No, HTC Evo 4G is completely different..
HTC Desire HD is the GSM model, i.e. it will work throughout the world..
while, the HTC Evo 4G is the CDMA model and will work in select markets only, where CDMA connection is available..

I'm an apple aficionado but seriously considering the the HTC Desire HD. Not that I think that its a better phone than the iphone4, which I currently own, but to use something different as I've been using iOS devices since its inception. First off, I don't think anyone in this forum can make an honest and non-biased assessment of the HTC Desire HD since it hasn't be released yet and judging by the specs alone is unwise. Remember, like one blogger said, there is nothing like the best phone in the world. It depends on what you use your phone for and what matters to you. Form factor, weight, cameras, keyboard and all other features are a matter of preference. I must say that so far from what I've seen, used and read the iphone is still the king of hill, for now :)
