Hi there guys
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of the headset /phone icon displayed on top screen. It's very anoying. Sound goes on and off. Even if you make a movie.
Any suggestions .........

I've tried Jellybean Miui Rom and it works nearly perfect. There is some minor bugs like autobrightness is not working fine and some more minor bugs, but the major one like camera, hdr, wifi tethering is working fine.

Shammoo, 21 Feb 2013I have had this device for over 2 years, it is stable and s... moreActually, it is more like DHD cannot be upgraded to ICS WITHOUT ERASING SOME USER DATA due to the small ROM size. Ics can perfectly run inside 1.5gb, with even some free space left. But because it need repartition of internal memory which can cause data loss, this weakness is used by the htc to force people to abandon their old phone and get the new htc phone.

I have had this device for over 2 years, it is stable and solid. The initial battery issue was corrected in an update. It cannot be updated past Ice Cream sandwich due to the small 1.5GB Internal Storage.

I have this phone well over two years now, never had problems with it, it's the best phone I've had so far. Next week my new phone comes in..... the xperia Z, I hope it will perform as stabile as the Dhd has.

Whoever want to upgrade to unofficial ICS/JB please do it now. The developer, attn1 will be pulling the aahk, the hack kit used to hack the devices soon, which means that you need to manually hack it,step by step, with high risk of bricking, which is nearly impossible for someone with low technical background.. After it is no longer supported soon, I can say for sure that this device will be left for good.

it is not upgradeable. Better find another phone.
