Battery does not have enough capacity. If Desire hardly makes through one daylight, Desire HD will work for no more than 5-6 hours. But if you deactivate everything, I am sure it will work longer, but why even buy Desire (HD) then you can manage with a 10 year old mobile.

How is the battery life of hd2? This phone should last as long as hd2, if not longer. So knowing how long the hd2 last will be a good indication how long this phone can last.

Stadtionalist, 15 Sep 2010I see a 4.3 inch TFT screen, 1Ghz processor and a 1230mAH b... moredont worry about the battery. just go into google and type in htc desire hd extended battery or htc hd2 (i think they will use the same). with this you will only need to charge about once every three days. youtube shows video on "extended batteries." they add a little bit of bulge but are usually double the strength of the ones supplied witht the phone. i am going to buy one when i get my desire. i think this one will be too expensive.

good phone but again pretty useless with 1230 mAh which wont last long and surely this will down the market this massive phone should come with at least 1750 mAh battery or more this is what i think.

what the hell it is. why htc not provide secondary camera for video calling. it looks silly.
