Yeah, it is sad that htc didn't release ICS fot it, but there are still alot of alternative optiona out there for this phone.DHD has been released in 2010 and it still running great without any lagging at all. I can still install the latest gaming and apps and it run smoothly~! Why HTC can't produce another great product such as this one. I believe nobody is still using 2010 smartphones anymore as so many of them already dumped it aside as it doesn't works as great as DHD. Well, DHD rocks!

Now it has been nearly a year using this HTC DESIRE HD. Specification of this phone is more than enough for a common man to exploit. Only you need to know using them. For playing HD video, download MXplayer and you are off to play almost all formats. Having excellent audio & reception it is definitely finest piece ever made with lower price tag. No dought it has lower capacity battery, but you can very well replace it with higher capacity I.e. 1800mah with almost double life. Do explore and enjoy.

I am using this DHD since it was released (2010). I kinda fell in love with this mobile totally as i couldn't stop using this and go buy another phone.
Am kind of a tech freak and I almost review every new comes in the market (My frnd owns an outlet :-,). This is the one brilliantly crafted piece. I kinda feel pride when I hold my DHD. I kinda love my piece.....

yas friend this the best mobile in pakistan becouse in pakistan it will be very cheep and this mobile specifications is best on other mobile like sony arc and more mobiel

However wish you get a better phone then (Hope so). I'm currently using this and it still run smoothly and i don't use any task killer(s). I can tell this phone has is a superb performance phone and it is almost 2 years now. Frankly speaking, the only lacking thing is the battery. Other than this, it works great! Cheers :)

nice phone with graceful look, lots of functions but no secondary camera,poor audio and very easy to loose volume button

It's battery time is very less and alos its a bit heavy phone as well. Camera results are great

just got this second hand phone. wipe/format everything then rooted it. now its running ics everything is smooth and working. i dont know why some people complains. remove bloatware from your phone and keep your internal storage clean. delete unwanted apps. this phone is still solid after 2years

Best Handset I've ever used, great camera, great display, everything geaaaaaaaaat, the one and only problem is the Battery. The battery drains out very quickly......

Heard the ICS CM mod was mostly there but crucially missing video recording and a few other relatively important things, no? Would love to be wrong as I have had enough of Gingerbread!

Jellytime is a good port of Jellybean for this device, and remember Gapps!

i'm using Desire HD for about a year, it's fast enoughe, very smooth, and very good at internet browsing.. the camera and the screen is just the best.. the only problem is (it can't get ICS)
